i've practically reached nirvana
within the past few days i have added these following cheeses to my 'cheeses i have tried' list:
Gouda
Edam
Gruyere
Gouda and Edam were a huge disappointment. Gruyere is awesome. but i remain faithful to Cheddar. except White Cheddar. who the fuck came up with that idea? bitch.

have you tried havarti yet? havarti's good. i like edam. contrary to popular belief, they use edam instead of mozzarella on pizza. or so says my dad. so i really don't know. but. cheese is good. i feel sorry for those lactose-intolerant people.
